This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Industrial Copilot collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User"). This privacy policy applies to all products and services offered by Industrial Copilot.

Information we don’t have access to as it relates to our apps

Microsoft is the owner of all information relating to your subscriptions, users, and data generated while using Industrial Copilot. We do not have access to your users lists, or any data created while using our applications. This data is owned by you (the Tenant) as it relates to your relationship with Microsoft for the use of their Power Platform services.

Information we have access to from Microsoft

We only receive usage statistics from Microsoft, through their ISV Studio program, such as:

  • Installs by application, by Tenant

  • Number of installs by date, by Tenant

  • Install by geographic location, by Tenant

  • Install by Environment, by Tenant

  • Package install attempts by app (last 28 days), by Tenant

Personal Data We Collect

Through our communications together and your website interactions, Industrial Copilot collects data to operate effectively and provide you the best experiences with our products. We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, request information about our products, subscribes to our software (viewed as a Microsoft Tenant, not an individual…see above), and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us via our communications together. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.

In the context of the business relationship with Industrial Copilot

Data collected to administer your organization’s licensing account of our applications, or when you perform a Test Drive of the software in AppSource. These services are available from Microsoft AppSource.

  • Company information, such as Company name, address, telephone number, company email address   

Non-personal identification information

This website is hosted by Squarespace. Squarespace collects personal data when you visit this website, including:

  • Information about your browser, network and device

  • Web pages you visited prior to coming to this website

  • Web pages you view while on this website

  • Your IP address

Squarespace needs the data to run this website, and to protect and improve its platform and services. Squarespace analyzes the data in a de-personalized form.

Data Retention

We will not keep your personal data for longer than is necessary for the purpose it was collected. This means that data will be destroyed or erased from our systems when it is no longer required. This time frame will not be later than 35 days after the are no longer required. after We take appropriate steps to ensure that we process and retain information about you based on the following logic:

  1. At least the duration for which the information is used to provide you with a service;

  2. As required under law, a contract, or with regard to our statutory obligations; or

  3. Only for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, is processed, or longer if required under any contract, by applicable law, or for statistical purposes, subject to appropriate safeguards.

How we use collected information

Industrial Copilot uses the data we collect to operate our business and provide you the products we offer, which includes using data to improve our products and personalize your experiences. We also may use the data to communicate with you, for example, informing you about your account, security updates, product information and status of your subscription. Industrial Copilot use Users personal information for the following purposes:

  • To improve customer service. Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.

  • To personalize user experience. We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided by us.

  • To send periodic emails. We may use the email address to send User information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.

How we protect your information

The only information stored by Industrial Copilot relates to our communications and interactions on our website. This data is accessed through our Microsoft Office 365 account, or through our Squarespace portal, and protected by each company respectively.

Sharing your personal information

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others.

We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

Right to withdraw consent

In case you declared your consent for the processing of certain personal data by Industrial Copilot, you have the right to withdraw the consent at any time with future effect, i.e. the withdrawal of the consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on the consent before its withdrawal. In case consent is withdrawn, Industrial Copilot may only further process the personal data where there is another legal ground for the processing.
